The HeyKorean Job Portal is an online job search service designed to facilitate efficient communication between employers and job seekers. We are committed to ensuring that all users can utilize our services in a healthy and safe environment. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please adhere to the following regulations regarding post submissions.
1. Posting and Management Regulations:
Posts that do not align with the purpose of the bulletin board, advertisements, promotional content, or content that does not fit the classification may be deleted without prior notice.
Posts older than 6 months may be deleted in consideration of operational efficiency.
Refunds for HK points due to post deletion, whether due to a change of mind or error, will not be issued. Please post with caution.
2. Types of Posts Subject to Deletion:
Posts promoting unhealthy entertainment establishments, gambling activities, or illegal acts.
Promotional content, posts seeking employment as a freelancer, and posts seeking partners for collaboration.
Posts that are insincerely written, contain false information or inappropriate content.
Posts listing multiple positions, seeking business partners, or advertising freelance services under specific conditions.
Posts that cannot guarantee the safety of job seekers, pyramid schemes, or commission-based recruitment.
Posts demanding upfront payment, unclear job descriptions, lack of detailed information, or exaggerated salary offers.
Posts demanding education fees, employment fees, repetitively posted for promotional purposes, or from companies with reported cases of fraud or wage theft.
Strictly Prohibited Types of Posts in Our Job Service:
Prohibition of Freelancer Job Posting: Posting with the purpose of seeking employment as a freelancer in job postings is strictly prohibited on the HeyKorean Job Portal. This does not align with the objectives and policies of our job search platform, necessitating clear role distinctions and orderly service management between job seekers and employers. A separate board is available for freelancers within the HeyKorean community here.
Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Recruitment Posts: All posts proposing MLM recruitment or similar business structures are prohibited due to their opaque business models and potential financial risks.
Non-Remunerative Partner Recruitment Posts: Posts recruiting partners under the condition of sharing future profits from collaborative work are also not allowed. This condition does not guarantee clear compensation for job seekers, thereby preventing potential issues.
Posts promoting activities contrary to healthy public morals, gambling activities, or illegal acts.
Gambling content: All posts including or promoting gambling, illegal drugs, illegal financial transactions.
Sensuality content: Posts containing unhealthy sexual content, harmful sensual images, or texts.
Content damaging to public morals: Posts containing content against public morals and social norms.
Barmaid Recruitment: Posts recruiting staff to sell beverages in bars using sexual appeal.
Hostess Bars/Assistant Recruitment: Posts recruiting for private rooms targeting customers for sexual services or implications thereof.
Illicit Massage Recruitment: Posts for massage parlors offering sexual services beyond legal standards.
HeyKorean prioritizes providing an environment where all users have equal access to our services. As such, all activities within our platform comply with the United States federal and state anti-discrimination laws.
Non-Discrimination Policy:
Race, Religion, Nationality: We strictly prohibit posts or actions based on discrimination against race, religion, or nationality.
Gender, Gender Identity, Sexual Orientation: Discrimination based on gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation is prohibited.
Disability: Discriminatory posts or actions against individuals with disabilities are prohibited.
Age: Discriminatory employment practices based on age are prohibited.

Avoid using expressions like "high income" or "easy money-making," and ensure not to mislead job seekers with information that differs from reality.

The poster bears all responsibility for any outcomes resulting from violation of these regulations.
